Creator of the blog Un week end dans le Perche, I wanted to open this Guest House in order to share even more my passion for Le Perche and its good addresses.
DOMAINE DE LA LOCHETIÈRE is a brand new luxury B&B located between Mortagne and L’Aigle, in the middle of the Forêt du Perche. The property, recently renovated, dates from the eighteenth century and comprises intricate stone, brick and wood-work.
In the Guest House, 3 rooms spacious and bright, have a comfortable bedding. All beds can be separated in Twins.
Each room has its own separate toilet and the bathrooms are equipped with Italian showers, vanity units and a bathtub for the most spacious of them.
A fourth bedroom is located in a Tiny House under the big oak of the property. This room has its living room and a bedroom under roof with bathroom and toilet.
It’s also possible to privatize the house with, in this cas, an availability of 11 beds.
You can also enjoy the indoor hot-tub with a view over the centuries-old oak trees and the three Percheron mares grazing in the fields.
You can also have dinner and enjoy the “Table d’Hôtes” of the hostess trained at Ferrandi School
